Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05-097 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-15 (SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN LATERALS AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR PHASE ONE OF WOOD POND HILLS ADDITION) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted April 28, 1992 set a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sanitary sewer and watermain laterals and street construction for Phase One of Wood Pond Hills Addition (Project g92-15); and WHEREAS, the City has received a petition signed by 100 percent of the affected landowners; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the May 12, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 28, 1992. 2) That Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He/She shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City C~ouncil this the 12th day of May, 1992. //~z~:~..~~~~ ~~ ..~'yor
