1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of a 32,000g G.V.W. cab and <br />chassis for the Public Works Department from Hoglund Bus Company, Inc. in the <br />amount of $27,326.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of a plow, wing, sander and <br />dump box for the Public Works Department from Midland Equipment Company in <br />the amount of $20,138.00. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That these purchases be charged to capital outlay for the subfunction of Street <br />Maintenance 101-45550-003311 in the amount of $26,775.00, from the Equipment <br />Replacement Fund (#810) in the amount of $26,425.00 and from Street <br />Maintenance 101-4225X-003311 in the amount of $2,095.16. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of May, 1992. ~~~. <br /> <br /> ~ayor <br /> <br />'"-C.i~y"~Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION //92-05-105 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
