Councilmcmber Pcterson introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-05-120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF <br />177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. FRANCIS BOULEVARD N.W. TO ITS <br />EASTERN TERMINUS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 14, <br />1992 a report has been prepared by City Engineer Steven Jankowski with reference to <br />Improvement Project 892-12 which is bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. <br />Francis Boulevard N.W. to its eastern terminus; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a report received by the Ramsey City Council on May 26, 1992 indicates <br />the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> (ten year term) <br /> <br />$16,349.00 <br /> 2,044.00 <br /> <br />305.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous surfacing of <br />177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Boulevard N.W. to its eastern terminus in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting properties for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota State Statute Chapter 429 and the <br />Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $16,349.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing will be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day of June, <br />1992 in the City Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />City Administrator shall give mailed notice and publish notice of such heating and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
