Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF <br />FAYE 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to Faye 2nd Addition <br />on April 23, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that failure to file for final plat approval within 12 <br />months of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in <br />voiding the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from B. B. Chapman on February 11, 1992 <br />requesting an extension to file for final plat approval of Faye 2nd Addition to allow more time for <br />the City to achieve the necessary expansion to the MUSA. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the preliminary plat for Faye <br />2nd Addition to April 23, 1992. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 9th day of June, 1992. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~jty' A~dminis tr ator <br /> <br /> <br />
