Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-144 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-14 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />OF WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM 179TH LANE N.Wo <br />TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 28, <br />1992 a report has been prepared by City Engineer Steven Jankowski with reference to <br />Improvement Project g92-14, the bituminous surfacing of Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive <br />N.W. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern City boundary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 9, 1992 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of the project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> (ten year term) <br /> <br />$39, 243 <br /> 3,018 <br /> <br />45O <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous surfacing of <br />Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive N.W. in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of the abutting properties for all, or a portion, of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota State Statute Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an <br />estimated total cost of $39,243.00 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the public heating shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of <br />July, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />City Administrator shall give mailed notice and publish such notice for hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
