Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-154 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A METAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON PIN 22-32- <br />25-24-0009 BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0314 AND DECLARING TERMS <br /> OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure with a metal <br />exterior facing finish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south quarter of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the east 33.00 <br />feet thereof for road and except the south 33.00 feet thereof for road and except that part of <br />said parcel which lies west of the northeasterly right-of-way of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember S heila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
