Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-156 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT #0315, AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER <br /> THAN ALLOWED BY CITY CODE ON PIN 01-32-25-22-0006 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure not to exceed <br />1,070 square feet on the property generally known as 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. and <br />legally described as Lot 1, Block 6, Ford Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be built with the same type construction materials and <br />shall have the same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal <br />structure located on the parcel. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of June, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
