Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-06-161 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING IMPROVEMENT OF 177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. FRANCIS BOULEVARD N.W. TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 14, 1992, a report has been prepared by Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #92-12 (bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Boulevard N.W.); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 26, 1992 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit (three year term) $16,349.00 $2,044.00 $305.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $16,349.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of July, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
