Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06-161 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. FRANCIS <br />BOULEVARD N.W. TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 14, <br />1992, a report has been prepared by Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project #92-12 (bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis <br />Boulevard N.W.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 26, 1992 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> (three year term) <br /> <br />$16,349.00 <br /> <br /> $2,044.00 <br /> <br /> $305.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $16,349.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of <br />July, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
