Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-07-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED <br />DURING THE PERIOD OF JUNE 15, 1992 THROUGH JULY 3, 1992 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of June 15, 1992 through July 3, 1992 in <br />the amount of $105,360.18; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for <br />the period June 15, 1992 through July 3, 1992 in the amount of $105,360.18. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Counilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey CityJ2ouncil this <br /> the 14th day of July, 1992. ~_ ~2 ~ ..~ ~~~ .~~.~ -~ <br /> ATTEST:D /] <br /> <br />k,.._~'~d'n'ii~i S tra t6r ' <br /> <br /> <br />
