Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-07-170 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISUANCE OF A VARIANCE FROM <br />STREET FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS ON PIN #10-32-25-11-0001 BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT #0316 <br /> <br />On July 14, 1992, after reviewing an appeal to a decision of the Ramsey Board of Adjustment on <br />May 23, 1991, the Ramsey City Council rescinded Findings of Fact 4/0298, adopted Findings of <br />Fact//0316, and issued a variance to the street frontage requirements on PIN 10-32-25-11-0001. <br />This variance was issued to that property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 471.50 feet thereof, and <br />lying west of the east 1100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authroization of Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The terms of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The subject property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and <br />related accessory structures in accordance with City Code regulations. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Placement of any structure on the subject property shall be a minimum of 421 feet <br />from the southern boundary of the subject property to preserve a corridor for the <br />extension of 171st Avenue N.W. through the subject property at such time that the <br />subject property may be platted and developed to a higher density. <br /> <br />The fee title owner agrees to convey by deed at no expense to the City, an easement <br />for street purposes over and across the North 66 feet of the South 381 feet on the <br />following described parcels: <br /> <br />The east half of the east 267.60 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br />south of the north 471.50 feet thereof. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the north <br />471.50 feet thereof, and lying west of the east 1100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the fee title owner of the subject property shall participate in any street <br />maintenance assessments to Trott Brook Estates, the plat fi.om which it receives the <br />benefit of public access, until such time as the subject property is platted and stowed <br />by public streets interior to the plat. <br /> <br />At such time as the subject property is platted and developed in accordance with <br />City Code, the access to the residential structure on the property shall be located on <br />the public street within the boundaries of the plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
