Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-07-171 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND PAY ESTIMATE NO. 4 (FINAL) TO NOBLE NURSERY, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30 WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved this project on August 17, 1990; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Noble Nursery, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 thereby increasing the project cost by $1,673.85 to a total of $18,749.35; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended final payment to Noble Nursery, Inc. in the amount of $18,749.35. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes Change Order No. 1 increasing the project amount by $1,673.85. 2) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes final payment to Noble Nursery, Inc. in the amount of $2,049.92. 3) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the increase form for this partial payment. 4) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July 1992. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Coucilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
