Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-07.176 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT ~q)317, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT ACCESSORY STRUCTURES NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 8301 163RD AVENUE N.W. The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than one hundred (100) feet from the front property line. That the storage building constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than one hundred eighty (180) feet from the front property line. o That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structures. o That the accessory garage shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted to the Board of Adjustment consisting of Sheets lA-1 and lA-3, drawn by Timberline Construction and dated July 22, 1991. That the accessory structures shall be used for storage of personal property and that no commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structures. o That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Terry Hendriksen Commissioner Charles LaDue Commissioner Paul Holland Commissioner David Bawden Commissioner Ben Deemer Commissioner Michael Terry Commissioner Bradley Thorud and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 23rd day of August, 1992.
