Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-07.176 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT ~q)317, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT ACCESSORY STRUCTURES NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY <br />LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY <br />KNOWN AS 8301 163RD AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than one hundred (100) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That the storage building constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than one hundred eighty (180) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structures. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory garage shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted to the <br />Board of Adjustment consisting of Sheets lA-1 and lA-3, drawn by Timberline <br />Construction and dated July 22, 1991. <br /> <br />That the accessory structures shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structures. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />23rd day of August, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
