Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-07-179 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY REIMBURSEMENT APPLICATION FOR THE PEACE OFFICERS ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN CONTINUING EDUCATION OF WHEREAS, the Minnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) has forwarded a reimbursement application for peace officer training in the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the POST Board requires a resolution from the governing body of the City of Ramsey designating an official to sign the application along with the Chief of Police. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby appoints City Administrator Ryan Schroeder as a signatory on the reimbursement application for peace officer training. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1992.
