Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-07-183 RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-16 (SUNNY POND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 28, 1992, plans and specifications for the above project have been prepared; and WHEREAS, the cost of these improvements will be financed by the City and special assessed against the benefitted properties. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements consisting of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, curb and gutter and bituminous paving pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $425,821. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of August, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Hardin and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson the 28th day of July, 1992.whereup°n said res°luti°n was declared duly passed and adlpted bY the ~~C°uncil this ATTEST:tO ~x_~i t'y ~dministrator
