Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-07-183 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#92-16 (SUNNY POND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted July 28, <br />1992, plans and specifications for the above project have been prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of these improvements will be financed by the City and special <br />assessed against the benefitted properties. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements consisting of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer, curb and gutter and bituminous paving pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$425,821. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of <br />August, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br /> the 28th day of July, 1992.whereup°n said res°luti°n was declared duly passed and adlpted bY the ~~C°uncil this <br /> <br /> ATTEST:tO <br /> <br />~x_~i t'y ~dministrator <br /> <br /> <br />
