Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #92-08-189 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO LANDWEItR HEAVY MOVING, <br />INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //91-13 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October 22, <br /> 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to <br />Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #91q3; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />recommended final payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. in the amount of $29,658.57. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. for the <br /> construction of Improvement Project #91-13 in the mount of $29,658.57. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br /> for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br /> the bills for the month of August, 1992. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Hardin <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Zimmerrnan <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 1 lth <br /> <br />day of August, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
