23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services, <br />such as highways, streets, police and fire protection, and drainage structures, or the <br />persons or agencies responsible for the establishment of the proposed use shall be able to <br />adequately provide any such service. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment <br />and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general <br />welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />That eight members of City Staff, City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />toured facilities similar to that which is proposed in Ramsey in the cities of Bumsville and <br />Maple Grove that are owned and operated by the Applicant. <br /> <br />That a letter of opposition to the Applicant's proposal was submitted by Mr. Al Phillips of <br />Altron, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember S heila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of August, 1992. <br /> <br />istrator -~ <br /> <br />~l~yor <br /> <br /> <br />
