Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-08-200 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY AND CARLSON ADDITION WHEREAS, Bury and Carlson, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A except the North 33.0 feet as measured at right angles to the North line thereof, and Outlot C, all in GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the easterly line of Outlot A, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the easterly line of Outlot A and northerly of the northerly line of Outlot C, said Outlots being in GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT: Cemetery located in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter as follows: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence south 1 degree 42 minutes 57 seconds west (assumed bearing) along the east line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 409.61 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described; thence north 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds west a distance of 156.41 feet; thence south 0 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds east a distance of 264.14 feet; thence south 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds east a distance of 145.04 feet to the east line of said west Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence north 1 degree 42 minutes 57 seconds east along said east line a distance of 264.0 feet to the actual point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, the City received application and sketch plan from Bury and Carlson, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 4, 1992 and approved the sketch plan of Bury and Carlson Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Bury and Carlson Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That park dedication requirements shall be satisfied with a cash payment.
