Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 4/92-08-205 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK <br /> REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 1, REILLEY ESTATES, BASED ON <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT #0320, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the dwelling unit constructed on the property shall not be located closer than twenty- <br />seven feet to the front property line. <br /> <br />That the dwelling unit to be constructed on the property shall be staked as illustrated on the <br />Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />That no other structures or additions shall be permitted on the subject property that will <br />further encroach on the reduced front yard setback and all other structures and/or additions <br />shall adhere to the thirty (30) foot setback from the bluff line. <br /> <br />No construction of the structure shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />by the Building Official. <br /> <br />That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Thorud and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br /> Commissioner Ben Deemer <br /> Commission Charles LaDue <br /> Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> Commissioner David Bawden <br /> Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> Commissioner Paul Holland <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />27th day of August, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
