Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 4/92-08-205 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 1, REILLEY ESTATES, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0320, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE o That the dwelling unit constructed on the property shall not be located closer than twenty- seven feet to the front property line. That the dwelling unit to be constructed on the property shall be staked as illustrated on the Certificate of Survey. That no other structures or additions shall be permitted on the subject property that will further encroach on the reduced front yard setback and all other structures and/or additions shall adhere to the thirty (30) foot setback from the bluff line. No construction of the structure shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit by the Building Official. That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Thorud and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Terry Hendriksen Commissioner Ben Deemer Commission Charles LaDue Commissioner Michael Terry Commissioner David Bawden Commissioner Bradley Thorud Commissioner Paul Holland and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 27th day of August, 1992.
