Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-09-235 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK LINKS <br />2ND ADDITION, A DIVISION OF NORTHFORK PUD 5TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Outlot C, NORTHFORK, according to the plat on file in the office of <br />the Register of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 3, NORTHFORK LINKS <br />ADDITION; thence North 84 degrees 57 minutes 48 seconds West 159.17 feet <br />along the Northerly line of Lot 8, said Block 3; thence North 18 degrees 28 minutes <br />57 seconds West 572.33 feet; thence North 38 degrees 54 minutes 12 seconds East <br />310.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 4, NORTHFORK LINKS <br />ADDITION; thence South 65 degrees 14 minutes 42 seconds East 300.00 feet to <br />the Northwest corner of Lot 1, said Block 4; thence South 33 degrees 16 minutes <br />37 seconds West 254.53 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence South <br />67 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds East 320.00 feet to the Southeast comer of said <br />Lot 1; thence Southerly 66.01 feet along the arc of a non-tangential curve concave <br />Easterly, having a delta angle of 3 degrees 07 minutes 04 seconds, a radius of <br />1213.00 feet and a chord that bears South 22 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds West <br />66.00 feet, to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 9, said Block 3; thence North 67 <br />degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds West 315.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said <br />Lot 9; thence South 4 degrees 46 minutes 55 seconds East 398.11 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on February 21, 1990, the City received application for amendments <br />to Northfork PUD concept plan; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Dennis Peck and the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on <br />March 6, 1990 and accepted the concept plan amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application and sketch plan from Dennis Peck for <br />Northfork PUD 5th Addition on March 28, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition was not reviewed by <br />the Park and Recreation Commission because all park dedication requirements for Northfork PUD <br />are specified in a Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and <br />amended May 9, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 1, 1990 and <br />conducted a public hearing on Northfork PUD 5th Addition and recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of Northfork PUD 5th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated April <br />24, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Links 2nd <br />Addition, a division of Northfork 5th Addition on August 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
