,'mber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RES OLUTION g92-09-237 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 1992, PAYABLE 1993, MUNICIPAL LEVY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following proposed levies for assessed 1992, payable 1993, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations: Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) Equalization Transfer Payment (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as property tax 280,379 67,712 506,898 759,932 $ 1,614,921 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B G. O. Debt Service 20,498 5,763 26,261 $ 1,641,182 Total Proposed Levies 2) That the City of Ramsey's 1993 public budget hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 30, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. and a reconvene date (if necessary) is scheduled for Thursday, December 3, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. 3) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Tuesday, September 15, 1992 for the purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None
