Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09-241 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-14 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM 179TH LANE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted June 9, 1992 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive N.W. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern City boundary (Project g92-14); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on July 14, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 9, 1992. 2) That Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of September, 1992. ~"~lty Adn~i~
