12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the special conditions do not result from the actions of the Applicant as the Applicant <br />has stated that the existing home and garage was sited on the property by other than <br />himself. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />by the Zoning Chapter to other owners of lands in the R- 1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />That the variance requested is the minimum variance to alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will be consistent with the purposes of the Zoning Chapter. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not increase the congestion of public streets or endanger <br />the public safety within the area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br /> Commissioner Charles LaDue <br /> Commissioner Paul Holland <br /> Commissioner Ben Deemer <br /> Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Commissioner David Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Board of <br /> <br />Adjustment this the 24th day of September, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST:/, <br /> <br /> <br />
