Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-10-256 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-13 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF CSAH #5 TO SERVICE THE GERALD ROOT AND BEN DEEMER PROPERTIES) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project//92- 13 (Extension of sanitary sewer along the west side of CSAH 4/5 to service the Gerald Root and Ben Deemer properties); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on October 13, 1992 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $19,214 Estimated total assessment of Root Property Deemer Property $26,557 $14,942 Estimated annual assessment (ten year term) Root Property Deemer Property $ 3,958 $ 2,226 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60. 2) That a public heating shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of November, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin and the following voted against the same: None
