Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10-262 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND RETAIL SALES IN THE B-3 HIGHWAY <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />On October 13, 1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Lakeview Development Inc. of <br />Minnesota to establish professional offices and retail sales as permitted uses in the B-3 Highway <br />Business District on the property generally known as 6740 Hwy. gl0 N.W. and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The establishment of professional offices and enclosed retail activity on the <br />premises shall be permitted. <br /> <br />The fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for providing a <br />number and design of off-street parking spaces in accordance with City Code <br />requirements for the uses on the property, whatever they may be at the time the off- <br />street parking provisions are reviewed. At such time as expansion of the off-street <br />parking area is necessary, all existing off-street parking surfaces shall be retofitted <br />with curbing in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That any expansion or enlargement of the structures on the subject property shall <br />require application for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the fee title owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
