Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #92-10-271 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92- <br />08 (SEALCOATING AND CRACK FILLING OF WHISPERING PINES <br />ESTATES AND WHISPERING PINES ESTATES PLAT 4) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />following crack filling and sealcoating improvement: <br /> <br /> a) 153rd Lane N.W. between Iguana Street N.W. and Eland Street N.W.; <br /> <br /> b) 154th Avenue N.W. between Iguana Street N.W. and Eland Street N.W.; <br /> <br /> c) 154th Lane N.W. between Okapi Street N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W.; <br /> <br /> d) 155th Lane N.W. between Nutria Street N.W. and the eastern boundary of <br /> Whispering Pines Estates Addition; <br /> <br /> e) 156th Lane N.W. between Okapi Street N.W. and the eastern boundary of <br /> Whispering Pines Estates Addition; <br /> <br /> f) Eland Street N.W. between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> <br /> g) Iguana Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> h) Jackal Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> i) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> j) Marmoset Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 156th Lane N.W.; <br /> k) Nutria Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> <br /> 1) Okapi Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 154th Lane N.W.; <br /> <br /> m) Nutria Street N.W. between 155th Lane N.W. and 156th Lane N.W.; <br /> <br /> n) 154th Avenue N.W. between Kangaroo Street N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus; <br /> and <br /> <br /> o) 154th Lane N.W. between Okapi Street N.W. and its cul-de-sac terminus. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br /> is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br /> therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br /> improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />Resolution #92-10-271 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
