Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-10-279 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //92-19 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN AND STREET RESTORATION TO SERVICE 149TH LANE N.W. FROM PROPOSED FLUORINE STREET N.W. WEST TO THE CUL-DE-SAC) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 13, 1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g92-19 (The extension of sanitary sewer, watermain and street restoration to service 149th Lane N.W. from proposed Fluorine Street N.W. west to the cul-de-sac); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on October 27, 1992 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $75,144 $ 6,O54 $ 9O2 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of November, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmem~an and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
