Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10-279 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //92-19 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER, <br />WATERMAIN AND STREET RESTORATION TO SERVICE 149TH LANE N.W. <br />FROM PROPOSED FLUORINE STREET N.W. WEST TO THE CUL-DE-SAC) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 13, <br />1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project g92-19 (The extension of sanitary sewer, watermain and street restoration to <br />service 149th Lane N.W. from proposed Fluorine Street N.W. west to the cul-de-sac); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on October 27, 1992 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br /> <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br /> <br />$75,144 <br />$ 6,O54 <br />$ 9O2 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of <br />November, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmem~an <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
