Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-10-282 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0325, FOR THE EXPANSION OF A CABINET MANUFACTURING OPERATION IN THE B.1 BUSINESS DISTRICT On October 27, 1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Ron Danner to expand the cabinet manufacturing facility in the B-1 Business District on the property generally known as 16735 Quicksilver Street N.W. and legally described as follows: The north 200.0 feet of the west 187.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The manufacturing of cabinets and the construction of a 1,920 square foot structure for storage purposes shall be permitted on the subject premises. However, no manufacturing shall be permitted within the accessory structures on the property unless they are upgraded to comply with the Uniform Building Code for the type of occupancy. o This conditional use permit shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of the Site Plan Development Permit issued for the approved site plan drawn, the certificate of survey drawn by Caine & Associates dated September 14, 1992, and the architectural plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects dated September 29, 1992. 3. There shall be no exterior storage of materials 'and equipment. That off-street parking shall be provided for at all times in accordance with City Code requirements. 0 That any future expansions or enlargements of the subject facility shall require application for a new conditional use permit. That the fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor James Gilbertson Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None
