Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10-282 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0325, FOR THE EXPANSION OF <br />A CABINET MANUFACTURING OPERATION IN THE B.1 BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />On October 27, 1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Ron Danner to expand the cabinet <br />manufacturing facility in the B-1 Business District on the property generally known as 16735 <br />Quicksilver Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 200.0 feet of the west 187.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The manufacturing of cabinets and the construction of a 1,920 square foot structure <br />for storage purposes shall be permitted on the subject premises. However, no <br />manufacturing shall be permitted within the accessory structures on the property <br />unless they are upgraded to comply with the Uniform Building Code for the type of <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of <br />the Site Plan Development Permit issued for the approved site plan drawn, the <br />certificate of survey drawn by Caine & Associates dated September 14, 1992, and <br />the architectural plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects dated September 29, <br />1992. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of materials 'and equipment. <br /> <br />That off-street parking shall be provided for at all times in accordance with City <br />Code requirements. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />That any future expansions or enlargements of the subject facility shall require <br />application for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for all City costs <br />incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
