Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-11-285 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0326, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 15933 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than two hundred (200) feet from the front property line. That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no commercial activity of any type shall be perrnitted in said structure. o That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. o That this variance will not require a certificate of survey for the construction of the accessory structure. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Terry Hendriksen Commissioner Charles LaDue Commissioner David Bawden Commissioner Paul Holland Commissioner Michael Terry Commissioner Bradley Thorud Commissioner Ben Deemer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 5th day of November, 1992. Jim and Diane O'Donnell hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have reviewed the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the variance.
