Commissioner Deemer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-11-285 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT #0326, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT <br />PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 15933 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than two hundred (200) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be perrnitted in said structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That this variance will not require a certificate of survey for the construction of the <br />accessory structure. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />5th day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />Jim and Diane O'Donnell hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have reviewed <br />the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
