Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-11-298 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-17; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $211,383.95. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorized partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the con struction of Improvement Project//92-17 in the amount of $211,383.95. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: NODe and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of November, 1992.
