<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK LAKE
<br />ADDITION, A DIVISION OF NORTHFORK PUD 5TH ADDITION

<br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly
<br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey:

<br />March 6, 1990 and accepted the concept plan amendment; and
