Councilmembcr Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//92-11-307 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1992, PAYABLE 1993, MUNICIPAL LEVY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following levies for assessed 1992, payable 1993, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund o General Operations: Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) Equalization Transfer Payment (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as property tax 280,379 67,712 506,898 759,932 $ 1,614,921 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B G. O. Debt Service 20,498 5,763 26,261 $ 1,641,182 Total Proposed Levies 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 8, 1992. 3) That this final levy is being adopted during the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey Residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Monday, December 28, 1992 for the purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
