Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-12-310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR VE-VE, <br />INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 22, 1991, the Ramsey City Council approved Ve-Ve, Inc.'s site <br />plan for a 5,900 square foot building expansion on the property which is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The south 200 feet of the north 250 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of <br />Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance <br />being measured parallel to the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an <br />easement for road purposes over the north 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all <br />according to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds <br />in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />The south 212.68 feet of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 <br />feet of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together <br />with an easement for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet <br />of the east 913 feet and over the north 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according <br />to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the site plan development permit required that the site improvements be <br />completed by July 1, 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for <br />this district since site plan approval. The City received a letter from Bernerd Vevea, Ve-Ve, Inc., <br />dated November 19, 1992, requesting an extension to September 30, 1993 for the site plan <br />improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the site plan approval for Ve-Ve, Inc. is hereby granted an extension to September 30, <br />1993. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
