Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION EXCAVATING, RESOLUTION #92-12-314 APPROVING PARTIAL INC. FOR PROJECT #92-17 PAYMENT FOR BONINE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-17. WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $16,859.64. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-17 in the amount of $16,859.64. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
