-- Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-12-318 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-21 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF SERVICE ROAD ADJACENT TO TOM THUMB MARKET AT 14911 RAMSEY BLVD. N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 27, 1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g02-21 (bituminous surfacing of service road adjacent to Tom Thumb Market at 14911 Ramsey Blvd. N.W.); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December 22, 1992 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit (10 year term) $11,721.00 $5,860.00 $873.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $11,721.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of January, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
