I <br />I ,~, Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g93-03-032 <br />· <br />II RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR a FEASIBILITY <br /> STUDY O1~ IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-10 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />· SEWER AND WATER SERVICE, STREET AND STORM SEWER <br />· <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO RIVERS BEND 3RD ADDITION) <br /> <br />i WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br /> improvemen[ of' extension of sanitary sewer and water service, street and storm sewer <br /> improvement* to Rivers Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br />I WH]~[REAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br /> of lawful sigriatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br />I WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br /> City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />I OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of the <br />I extension of samtary sewer and water sermce, street and storm sewer unprovements to <br /> Rivorl Bend 3rd Addition has been fried with the City Council on March 9,1993. The <br /> petition is. hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property <br />I owne~s. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsey Code Section 4.60 and <br /> Minn0sota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br /> 2) That the petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowsld, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />I to a feasibility study to City speed advising <br /> prei~aro <br /> the <br /> Council <br /> with <br /> all <br /> convenient <br /> the <br /> CounVjl in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br /> the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shah also <br />I comm~_~ nt as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br /> other improvement. <br /> <br />I 3) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project g93- <br /> 10. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />I and taken the voted in favor thereof: <br /> Beyer <br /> upon <br /> vote <br /> being <br /> thereon, <br /> following <br /> <br /> Mayo~ Oilbertson <br />I Councfln~mber Peterson <br /> Councllmetnber Beyer <br /> Councilm~mber Hardin <br />i Co--ember Zimmerman <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />I None <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
