This permit is based on conduct of operations as described in the Permit Holder's submittals as follows: Site - Sketch plans dated March 14, 1989 Sheet 1 - Proposed Plot (Site Plan) Sheet 2 - Proposed Floor Plan Sheet 3 - Proposed Mezanine Plan B. Operational plan/CUP Request Supplement C, Improvements at the Site D. Environmental Concerns Equad Engineering Report - "Preliminary Investigation to Remove Potential Particulates from the Shaffer Aluminum Recovery Furnace at Danny's Tranny's, Inc." (dated 3/13/89). F. Equad Engineering letter of September 7, 1990 G. Equad Engineering letter of September 19, 1990 The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. 44. Performance Review. The performance of this operation shall be reviewed by the City Council to identify problem areas, concerns and to evaluate whether conditions of this CUP need ito be modified or procedural changes made. A performance review shall occur concurrently with the Permit Holder's site plan review for Lots 2, 3 and 4. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor James Gilbertson Councilmember Sheila Beyer Coun¢ilmember Kenneth Peterson Coun¢ilmember Gerald Zimmerman and the folloWing voted against the same: None and the follOWing abstained: and the Coun¢ilmember Glen Hardin following were absent: None , whereupon s~d r~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of~March, 1993.
