I I$ I I I I I I I I$ I I I I I I I Councilmeral: er Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-03-040 RESOLUTJ[~ {)N ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPE~]FI~.ATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-21 (BITUMINOUS SURFACII~I~ OF SERVICE ROAD ADJACENT TO TOM THUMB MARKET AT 14911 RAI~ ~¥ BLVD. N.W.) WltEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the December 22, 1992, fixed a date for a Publi¢~ §e~g on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of the service road adjacent to Tom '[~humb Market at 14911 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Project g92-21); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and tli~o~hearing was held thereon on the January 12, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to be heard Wge gi.'ven an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEllE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That~sl~ch' improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted December 22, 1992. 2) That .,Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this impr0~ement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
