Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION S93-04-052 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-20 (BITUMI~r,~,~U$ SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. FROM 171ST AVENUE N. W. NORTH. TO 173RD AVENUE N.W.) WHI~REAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted January 12, 1993, fixed a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from 171st AVenue N. W. north to 173rd Avenue N.W. (Project g92-20); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and' ~ , WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and th~ h~ring was held thereon on February 9, 1993 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given that opportunity. NOW THig~EFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI!~Y, :ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thats~uch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted Janu _ary 12, 1993. 2) That City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
