1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-05-065 RESOLUT~ION ASSESSMENTS PROJECT ~#85.2, APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT CITY FUND #321, COUNTY FUND #1228. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 85-2 is identified as Water and Sewer Extension for Oxbow Addition; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: R25-32-25-43-0045 Oct. 16, 1992 Preoaid Amo~jnt $4,674.63 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. : NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAM$1~Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows. 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project #85-2, City Fund #321, County Fund #1228 for parcei' R25-32-25-43-0045. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as requital by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved ~f the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Zimmerman Counellmember Beyer Couneilmember Hardin Couneilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
