I$ I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmcmb~cr Zimmerman inlroduccd the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-05-069 RESOLUTe[ON APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~9~-03, CITY FUND #435, COUNTY FUND #1942. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 91-03 is identified as Sealcoating of Rum Acres Eslates 1st and 2nd Additions; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as f01]oWS: ~41-0012 Oct. 28, 1992 Preoaid Amount $53.46 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and , WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSRY,'ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That. the 'City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assesS~nents for Improvement Project ~)1-03, City Fund #435, County Fund #1942 for parcel~R24-32-25-41-0012. 2) That;the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners invol~ed of the Council's action.
