I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-05-070 RESOLUTe[ON APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSI~;~:NTS CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~91,-04, CITY FUND #435, COUNTY FUND #1943. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 91-04 is identified as Sealcoating of Reilly Esta~s Ist, 2nd and 3rd Additions; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: R13~16 ~ Prenaid Amount Nov. 13, 1992 $68.46 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows. 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project g91-04, City Fund g435, County Fund #1943 for parcel!R 13-32-25-43-0016. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as requ,~ by__ Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involYr~d of the Council's action. The motion ;fgr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayo~ Gitbertson Couneilm~mber Zimmerman Counc~!' member Beyer Couneilmember Hardin Coungiln~mber Peterson and the following.voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
