I 10 Councilmeml~er 7~inlmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-05-077 RESOLU'r~ [}Ni ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPEC [FIXATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g93.01 (SEALCOATING IMPROVF_~ lENT TO CROWS UNPLATTED ADDITION) WH~ R~AS, a motion of the City Council adopted Sanuary 26, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hea~ g ~ the proposed improvement sealcoating of Crows Unplatted Addition (Project g93- 01); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and r WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and tli~ he.'~ng was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to be heard we~gi~n an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THE-SEffORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That'[~ch~improvement hereby as proposed adopted is ordered the Coundl resolution lanuaty 26, 1993. 2) ThatCity Engineer Steven $. Sankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improqement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
