Couneilmem~ber ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g93-05-078 <br />RESOLUTI[ON ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SP~C~IFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-02 <br />(SEALCO~I~G IMPROVEMENT TO STANHOPE RIVER HILLS ADDITION) <br /> WI~R,E~.S, a motion of the City Council adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a <br />Council he~gon the proposed improvement sealeoating of Stanhope River Hills Addition <br />(Project g93-02);iand <br /> <br /> WI-I~REAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and i <br /> WH!~ 'REAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and th~ h~g was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard ~ere,given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAM$1~Y,'-ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br /> Janu ,ary 26,1993. <br /> <br />2) That City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> imprc~vement.
