I Councilmember ~rnmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: 10 ~ RESOLUTION g93-05-080 · RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-04 (SEALCOA~ING IMPROVEMENT TO HIGH POINT ADDITION) I WH~REAS, a City adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a motion of the Council Council hearing On the proposed improvement sealcoafing of High Point Addition (Project g93- 04); and ' ' I WHI~REAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public I hearingw~AS,;and ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and Se hearing was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time ail persons desiring to be heard Wl~re given an opportunity to be heard thereon. · I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAMSEy, r'ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows. 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 26, 1993. i 2) That City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this impr~!venaent.
