RESOLUTION #93-05-081 RESOLUTiON: ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS '1 AND SPiE--~. _i~.~TIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-05 (SEALCOATING I IMPROVE]~ENT TO GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ADDITION AND UNPLATTED SECTION I WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council adopted January 26, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hea~g oJ~ the proposed improvement sealcoating of Gorham's Sandy Acres Addition and Unplatted Se~$~n 24 (Project #93-05); and I and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; I WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and fl~.~' !~he~ng was held thereon on February 23, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to Ibe heard wets ~von an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THE~ '.EF~DRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, J~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: · I 1) That S~ch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted JanuaXy 2.ti, 1993. I 2) That 12ity Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this imprOV~emOnt.
