E~T PROJECT //93.10 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND <br />RIVER'S B~ND 3RD ADDITION) <br /> pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsay City Council on May 11, <br /> WHF-~EA$, <br />1993, the Clt~ E~gineer has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement Project//93-10 <br />(extension ..~saffltary sewer and water service, street and storm sewer improvements to Rivers <br />Bend 3rd A~lditi0'n) and has presented such contract documents and specifications to the Council <br />for approval', ! ' <br />NOW THI~IiIEffORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> l A S t, COV X , SXAXV. I .SOXA. <br /> <br />1) That such Contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made/t part hereof, ara hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) Thatlt~e City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br /> in th~ COnstruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br /> imp~o~ethent under such approved contract documents and specifications. The <br /> advel~se~ent shall be published for 21 days, shall specify the work to be dona, shall state <br /> that bt~ds will be received by the City Administrator until 2:00 p.m. on June 4, 1993 at <br /> whio~hltim~ they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsay Municipal <br /> Center_ bY the City Administrator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be <br /> constdere$1~ by the Ramsay City Council at 7:00 p.m. on June 8, 1993 in the Council <br /> bidder whose is consideration of the bid <br /> ChUm.bors. <br /> Any <br /> responsibility <br /> questioned <br /> during <br /> will ~ given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
