I I I I I I I Councilmemt~r ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION t~93-05-088 RESOLUT!~N' GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY COMMONS 2ND AI)I)i?ION · [ W~AS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as i,,l;lgnteloper-' has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property lOea .t~ ia the City of Ramsey: Lotsl, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Ramscy Commons; Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, and Lot 1, BloCk ~; Sunny Ponds; Anoka County, Minnesota AND ~VlIEREAS, on January 5, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Sketch plan for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition; and WHE~S, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on January 13, 1993 and recomn~:.~l~ acceptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHIRR ~.EAS, on March 2, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted ~ public hearing regarding Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition and recommended preliminary p at approval of same; and WI'I~. REAs, the Ramsey City Council met on March 23, 1993 and approved the preliminary i~ at for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition. NOW THI~lllEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMI~I~Y, ~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thatithc City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition in ac~rd~ce with relevant City Codes.
