September 14 Council adopts the 1994 Proposed Municipal Budget; 1994, Payable 1995, Proposed Municipal Levy and sets the 1994 Public Budget Hearing date. Sept. & Oc~ November 9: r Finance Committee, Council Workshop Sessions as needed. 1994 goals and objectives submitted to Council for adoption.
