Tha~ the Applicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant <br />me to S .e/ffion. 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on May 27, 1993 and that said public hearing <br /> was l~oPt'rly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br /> as a p.ltrt Of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />i 2. That;the subject property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential and is approximately 1.5 acres in <br /> size.. <br />I 3. That'the subject property is surrounded by R- 1 Rural Residential zoning. <br /> 4. Thatl Section-- 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code does not permit the construction of <br />i accesSory :structures nearer the front property line than the principal structure. <br /> 5. That the principal sta'ucture on the subject property is located approximately 84 feet from the <br /> frontProperty line. <br />I 6. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 32' x 32' accessory garage approximately 64 <br /> feet from the front property line. <br />I 7. That ~the PrOposed size of the accessory structure is in compliance with Section 9.11.02 of <br /> the RamsCy City Code. <br />I are unique applying to subject property not generally <br /> 8. <br /> That <br /> theru <br /> circumstances <br /> the <br /> that <br /> do <br /> applY W o~er properties in the district; namely, that the developer of the lot has created a 84 <br /> foot front yard setback for unattached accessory structures by the placement of the home; <br />I and toi~tain an 84 foot setback for the accessory garage would require removal of a <br /> substantial, number of mature trees and the excavation of a substantial amount of fill from <br />1 O the ~ yard which has a sharp rise in topography. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
