Board Mern ~ber l~I)ue introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: A DECLARING TERMS OF SAME AND WHEREAS, Charles and Jan Hart have properly applied for a variance to construct an accessory S ~truc~re nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally knOw~ras 7230 153rd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: TheWest 225 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Sect~)n ~1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the North 1030 feet', t hereof, said distance being measured parallel with the north and east Lines of said SoUtt tea:it Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, (subject to and together with an easement over the r~)uth: 66 feet of the North 1063 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Not'ti!em Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, said distance being measured par" .el with the East and West lines of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter. ("S~.jec~ Property"); and WHER!igAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 27, 1993, conducted the public hearing and ~.c~ended City Council approval of the request. NO~? THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENi OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNES0~A~ as follows: Base.~l on Findings of Fact g0334, a variance to construct a 32' x 32' accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby Thea~cceasory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than 8ixty. (60) feet to the front property line. The ~rol%rty owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any cons .traction of the accessory structure. Thei a. cc~Ssory garage shall be constructed in accordance with Section 9.11.02 of the Ram~y C-ity Code. Therr ~ccessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no com~emial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. The~opCrkY_ ~ owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enfOrCing this variance.
