THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENi OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNES0~A~ as follows: <br /> <br /> Base.~l on Findings of Fact g0334, a variance to construct a 32' x 32' accessory structure <br /> nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby <br /> <br /> Thea~cceasory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 8ixty. (60) feet to the front property line. <br /> <br /> The ~rol%rty owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> cons .traction of the accessory structure. <br /> <br /> Thei a. cc~Ssory garage shall be constructed in accordance with Section 9.11.02 of the <br /> Ram~y C-ity Code. <br /> <br /> Therr <br /> ~ccessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br /> com~emial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br /> The~opCrkY_ ~ owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enfOrCing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion ~or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Terry and upon vOte being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> ChanSOn Terry Hendricksen <br /> Boat~ Member Charles I.aDue <br /> Bo,~.
